The downside of dining alone is that I couldn't try all the food I want 😆 So, I have this mindset that if I can understand the basics of it, and I really want it, I can make it. This mindset stems from my innate curiosity and love for experimenting on recipes. Some I actually succeed, some are happy accidents, like this Cheesy Garlic Focaccia. The best chocolate chip banana muffins I've ever made, so far 😍 Addicted to solitude ✨ Mango Graham Soufflé from The Pig and Palm in Cebu City. Treated myself to Pig and Palm in Cebu City because why not? Instructions were clear—make a hole in the center, place the mango sherbet (or was it an ice cream-ish mango? 🤔), then pour the sweet milk-ish (I am so bad at dezcribing this because this was almost 2mos agooooo) AND ENJOY! We were walking outside D'Mall and decided we wanted to eat ice cream after dinnee. There was a line here so we thought why not try it? Coconut Macarons ❤️ We underestimated the portions, but no regrets. The winding stairs, however, was a feast for my intrusive thoughts 😂 My 'smells like incense' moment and Tito Mars giggling at the background 😂❤️ pov: mixing my pasta without the trending bgm.
